I’ve Got Character ships USPS Priority mail in the 48 contiguous states. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of payment for your order to ship from our warehouse.
Back Orders
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
Return Policy
Excellent customer service is very important to us. We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by emailing us at customerservice@ivegotcharacter.com to obtain on Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
Items must be returned to I’ve Got Character within 14 days of purchase in perfect, unworn condition. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely packaged.
